The rules, responsibilities and safeguards that apply when you use YourExchange.
Source of Funds - Zero Tolerance and Full Cooperation with Law Enforcement
You alone are responsible for the origin of every taka and every asset you send through YourExchange. Sending proceeds of fraud, forgery, theft, counterfeit money or any other crime is strictly prohibited and is not a service we support or endorse. If we detect or suspect unlawful funds in any order, we may freeze the order and the account, and we can will share ALL information - order records, transaction IDs, payment screenshots, account details, phone numbers and communication logs - with the government authorities, on our own initiative or upon request. In any such case you, not YourExchange, carry the full legal responsibility; we are a service provider, never a party to your transactions.
Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are.
YourExchange is a digital service provider based in Bangladesh. We facilitate buying and selling of supported digital services and assets (MFS transfers, wallets exchange, website payments, domain and hosting) strictly as a third-party service provider.
2. Eligibility and account.
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. One account per person. You must keep your password, OTP and verification links secret; every act done from your account is treated as yours. We will never ask for your password or OTP by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
3. Legal compliance (first priority).
You confirm that all funds you send or receive come from lawful sources and that your use of our service complies with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act 1947, the Money Laundering Prevention Act 2012 and the Anti-Terrorism Act 2009. Strictly prohibited: hundi or hawala and any unauthorised cross-border remittance; money laundering or terrorism financing; proceeds of fraud, gambling or drugs; fake payment proofs such edited screenshots; chargeback abuse; using another person's account or identity; evasion of sanctions. Violation leads to immediate suspension, forfeiture of the pending order.
4. Orders, payments and proof.
Orders are placed only on the official website. Pay only to the account shown in your order's payment instructions, quoting the order reference. We process an order only after verifying the TrxID or screenshot you submit. Payments sent anywhere else, or without the reference, are at your own risk and may be delayed or refused. Rates are locked per quote and fees are shown before you confirm. Wallet balances are a record of exchanges; they cannot be deposited or withdrawn outside orders.
5. Crypto and forex position.
Digital assets are delivered as part of a service sale at the shown rate. We give no investment advice and promise no profit, return or interest. You alone are responsible for confirming that your own transaction is permitted under Bangladesh law.
6. Suspension and cooperation.
We may suspend, limit or close any account and refuse or cancel any order on suspicion of a violation.
7. Liability.
We are not liable for delays or failures of third-party MFS networks, wallets or blockchains, for force majeure, or for losses caused by your breach of these terms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the fee paid on that order.
8. Changes and law.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and disputes fall under the courts of Dhaka. Contact us through the official support channels listed on the site.

- অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে; পেমেন্ট কেবল অর্ডারে দেখানো নম্বরে, রেফারেন্স সহ।
- আমরা কখনও পাসওয়ার্ড বা OTP চাই না।
- রেট ও ফি অর্ডারের আগে দেখানো হয়; ওয়ালেট শুধু রেকর্ড — ডিপোজিট/উইথড্রয়াল নেই।
- আমরা কোনো লাভ বা রিটার্নের প্রতিশ্রুতি দিই না — এটি বিনিয়োগ প্ল্যাটফর্ম নয়।
